About The Wyvern Group Ltd

The Wyvern Group Ltd. was formed in 2001 to take advantage of the synergy of the broad practice of the group's founders, Lawrence R. Culp, CPM and David J. Kautz, PE. 

In 2005 Mark B. Mitskovski joined Wyvern as a principle, adding his extensive business and government experience to the organization capability.

Recently, the company has broadened its horizons by entering the munitions demilitarization sector. By bringing the expertise and techniques developed in the HAZMAT community to this unique market, Wyvern has established itself as the premier source of new and effective technology. 

Wyvern has directly gained an international reputation, as one foreign government stated, "they are the only company in the world whose technology meets the environment and safety requirements of today".

Lawrence Culp:

Lawrence Culp has 34 years experience in business management, materials acquisition and logistics in both the domestic and international arenas. He is recognized in international material markets as having won the largest price concession ever granted from US railroads to industry. His work and accomplishments in ocean marine shipping is the basis for numerous case studies at both Business and Law Schools.

David J. Kautz has 29 years experience in both civilian and military engineering projects. He holds a Professional Engineer's license as well as being certified as an Engineering Duty Officer by the US Navy. His knowledge runs the gamut from power generation to hazardous materials processing, process equipment design and manufacture, and nuclear reactor repair. He is a US patent holder and is recognized as an engineering expert by the by the New York State Supreme Court.
